Even though you just look like you're Whining...you are right.
RNG sucks, and it very often seems to reward the person who doesnt deserve it.
Don't worry, I've PL'd nearly 20 ppl, only to have my orchestrion's roll and minion stolen by carpets since the day of the patch and I'm extremely pleased.
However, I abused my queue button rather than the link to create a topic, because Dedicated of Moonlight is such a banger.
In addition the other Heal died in a loop and I received no recommendation while I solo heal on all the boss.

Still Useless... To have so many Commendations in 2024
There's a reason why I stopped farming EX trials of the current expansion for mounts after ARR... >.>
Suppose I could go back and solo most of the old ones now unsynced... lol
Good thing is, you don't need that minion RIGHT NOW + you will do that 24-man raid every week for the next... I dunno.. months.
You'll get it eventually, don't farm to save yourself some frustration
(Something I learned over the 10 years playing this game XD)
Larek Darkholme @ Ragnarok
I rolled a 36 on the Gwiber of Light once and the dude who got it rolled a 38...This happens to everyone. It's the same with extreme trial's mount farm. Sometimes you stay for thirty runs and get nothing, and then someone new joins the party and gets the mount in their first run. It's all RNG. In the past week the highest I rolled was a 60 once, besides that it was only 40 or below. Some people only know how to count from 80 up though, It's a matter of luck really. Some fights you will get the mount on the 5th run, some you will have to gather 99 tokens to trade them with a NPC. It sucks, but unfortunately you have to cope with it.
Gamers don't die, we just go AFK

Reward structure in Alliance raids is just bad, similar to Extremes when it comes to mounts. At least Savage gives a mount per run and respects your time in that manner.
It’s rng and the thing hasn’t been out for a week. I guess this and other loot restrictions are there to maintain participation on a longer period of time. At least it drops the minion every single time and people can’t loot it more than once so chances of getting it increase over time. Atm, the number of players who need it is at its highest so it’s the worse time to farm it.

While this is sound advice for someone's sanity - the 24-man Raid Void Ark minion Wind-up Echidna was one I always found adorable and wanted. I didn't get it when the raid released and was current, when it was farmed and somewhat challenging. The raid died down quite a bit when Stormblood released and I'd intentionally queue for it at least once a week but I'd try for at least once a day, but admittedly I didn't play daily every week and certainly took a lengthy break in 4.1 - returning in 4.4. But that was the biggest break by far.
Consistently played, maintaining my same, "Eh, I'll get it eventually" mentality. It's not a minion you can roll on if you already own it. Surely, the number of players who have Void Ark unlocked will funnel the chances into my favor of obtaining it, right?
I didn't get that minion until Endwalker. 6.1, I think (might've been the end of 6.0). When I convinced some people I knew to undersize the raid for no other reason than to get the minion. That's a long, long time to get a minion and even then, I didn't get the minion in the "standard" fashion. I had to force it to finally get it.
I rolled a 1 on the Omicron minion when the highest was a 16.
