Please let Blacklist work in PvP

I'm really tired of the "Nice job!" and "Good match!" spam, of people freaking out about losing. They mess up the log so much that you just don't see tactical messages when someone tries to save the day by saying who they're attacking.

Moreover, some pursue later in other matches, continuing to engage in this spam. I'm tired of writing reports. Please, help.

It's annoying but sadly reporting them for harassment if the only option.

Unfortunately, so far this is the only way to solve it. But I really wish this would change. Since in other activities we can ignore a player with abusive behavior, so why not do the same in PvP, especially since it is confusing and really makes it difficult to see important messages.

I once gave an example of other games where the blacklist works in such a way that you don't even meet in the same group with the people who are added to your blacklist. For some reason, this has been impossible for the SE for many years. But it would be possible to at least give players the opportunity to block this spam. Considering that it is also accompanied by sound signals, sometimes it is simply unbearable.

Allowing blacklist should indeed block messages from that character in PvP. If they allow it to block other players from matching with you though, it would likely lead to players taking advantage of the blacklist to conduct wintrading. (Blacklist everyone currently queing except your friends).

No no, you misunderstood a bit. I will now explain in more detail. For example, in SWTOR, if you block a player, you will never meet them in a raid, or in a dungeon, or in your random PvP group, they will not even enter your house. But they can be in your opponent's group completely freely, and this did not decide the outcome of the matches. In addition, the blacklist here is only 200 names, if I remember correctly, the player base is much larger.

However, all this is just a mention of what blocking systems are in other games. The main reason I'm writing this is to be able to avoid being distracted by this emotional spam accompanied by a beep. I understand that no one likes to lose, but why, instead of doing my job and coordinating with the members of the party, I have to be distracted every time by someone's tantrum.

It doesn't work. I have done so many reports about spamm abuse in CC and I still see all the offenders running amok happily in the mode, still doing the same thing. But maybe it's just an EU things. The EU GMs are a real eyesore so maybe there is that too.

I'm not disagreeing that there needs to be more options, or even just better enforcement of the policies SE put forth, just that the only recourse we currently have is to report. I've also reported players for excessive taunting in matches before, yet it seems like nothing ever comes from it as I eventually run into the same idiots doing the same thing again later.

Exactly the same. I still meet these people in matches. And every time in the chat it's a damn "Nice job!"

Did someone from your group get focused and knocked out? There will definitely be a smart guy who will say "Nice job!". The group was unable to hold the crystal? Again "Nice job!" or "Good match!". Why can't these people fight or just leave? Moreover, this will not make the group's game better in any way.

That is why I am asking for the opportunity not to see their meaningless messages. Reporting doesn't change anything, it's time wasted.

It's legit night and day between what the TOS actually enforces and what the GMs do, at least here on EU. It's kinda sad.

Oh also, one actual fix they could do, is just to restrain the use of all the ironic quickchat options to where they actually belong:

    - "Hello!" belongs in the preparation phase, it has literally no meaning besides irony spamm during actual games. It could be turned off once the preparation is over.
    - "Good match!" belongs to the end of a game, where it can still be ironic, but not really a nuisance anyway.
