Greetings Whoface,

Thank you for providing us with your system report! I would just like to ask if this was the full report that was generated? Also, are you running any additional programs while playing the game? I would recommend performing a clean boot by opening your Task Manager, navigating to the 'Start Up' tab, and disabling all applications listed there. Once done, restart the PC and attempt to run the game again. This will minimize the chances of another program potentially conflicting with the FFXIV client. Below are some other troubleshooting steps that you can try, as they may help with the crashes:

- Ensure that any anti-virus programs on your PC have the appropriate exceptions made for FINAL FANTASY XIV.
- Disable and overlays, mods, injectors, or customer configurations made using driver-level programs (Nvidia Control Panel, Radeon Crimson, Steam Overlay, etc.)
- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers.
- It appears that the game is currently installed on your L: drive. If possible, I would recommend performing a clean reinstall on your primary storage drive, as having the game installed elsewhere can cause issues. I did notice the space for the primary C: drive is not an option, then I would suggest making sure the game and Steam are installed on same drive.

I hope these suggestions help! Thanks for visiting the FINAL FANTASY XIV Technical Support Forums.
