What's the fastest ways to get to lvl 10 or grind in there, I been working on this content passively about once a week for almost 2 months and I'm only lvl 7.

Basically for me once you have workshops and granaries unlocked, work on formulating your week's handicrafts to get big or decent payouts. Alongside with tending your animals and farming daily and something that I like to do so that I dont burn myself out of doing the content (since its kinda boring for me) is to just work on one renovation, building, land expansion each day. Which usually entails going out into the island and collecting the materials necessary for them if I dont have enough. Thankfully 6.3 made this process a lot easier with allowing to show certain gathering node types but doing these 3 things is what got me to Rank 10 within a couple of weeks by just casually stopping by and repeating these tasks
