    Mine still unable to log in since maint. Only 1 character has this problem and, like everyone else, only on Primal. Sometimes I get a dx11 error shot at me but mostly the 90002 right after world queue and loading splash screen.


    Character: Kirishoto Azphina
    World: Excalibur
    Date/Time: From early 1/10 to right now (1/11)

    Reinstalled game completely fresh 2x, restarted everything multiple times, etc etc etc

    Glad to see some people be able to log back in but still no luck for me. Chat support said something along the lines of 'they are aware of login problems and keep checking back on the lodestone every few days.' Heh.

    The responded to me with this in an email.

    We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced in-game. We have recently received multiple reports regarding the issue you described, at this time we are still currently investigating. For now, please avoid accessing the affected character(s) while the investigation is underway.

    Then linked me to the article that says it was fixed. I don't think they are honestly fixing it.

    Since yesterday i can't log in, i always get error code 90002, i tried using other wifi, wired and wireless, reinstalled the game, restarted the console, tried to login on windows (i was using only PS5) but nothing, i contected support and made a ticket, tried their suggestions but i can't login.

    I just use one character so i don't know if i could login with other character.

    Date/Time: Starting around 2am EST on 1/11, continuing through to the present and beyond (11:30pm EST on 1/11)

    Like many in this thread, I've been unable to log in on my primary character, Rukia Aeron, ever since getting randomly disconnected while participating in the Alliance Raid duty Euphrosyne. Attempting to log in allows for the usual load-bearing queue time and location image loading screen to play out as normal - right up until the loading screen would fade into gameplay. Instead, I'm met with a 90k error.

    This has been consistent and unchanging with just this one, my primary character. I can't even attempt to work around the issue via World Visit or DC Travel in the login screen, as my Rukia Aeron is flagged as having been logged out while in a duty.

    I have no trouble logging into my alternate character on the same server.

    Someone please rescue my Rukia Aeron from this 90k purgatory!

    So, I contacted support. They went from telling me it is my ISP, anti-virus, or firewall to telling me that because I was 'improperly disconnected' the server thinks I am still logged in and that is why I can't. But, that can't be the reason because I can log the toon onto another DC just fine. Also, if that was the case, I couldn't log into any toon. I had that happen years ago and until the server realise I was logged out, none of my toons could log in. Right now, one can't log into any server on their home DC (primal) but can go to another DC and log in. The rest can log into Primal just fine. so yeah.......
