    I had the exact same problem.All I did was to change the compatibility to xp.It should work.
    Edit:If that doesn't work,
    Have you tried turning it Off and On again?(your pc,that is).

    you had a different problem. this one is different in nature.

    you probably just had a minor ping problem.
