I've gotten some lame responses from the mods, and then the one sincere response about an attempted server reset (which amusingly came when I was musing about calling tech support and requesting to speak to another supervisor)

Just hang in there, make noise, and we'll get something. Maybe in about a week, we should coordinate calls to the tech support center about the issue? Really, for the biggest effect, we'd need to set hours to call, and request to speak to the same employee after whoever makes the first call. Or all request to speak to a supervisor upon calling.
