To deal with the new 3-star recipes (a.k.a. 3-star-Plus recipes), such as the i620 Indagator's Coat of Crafting (Diff: 5720, Qual: 12900, Dur: 70), the old macros used for the 3-star Rinascita gear in the previous patch are basically re-used with a little tweak to cater the harsher requirement of progress completion.

I basically just removed the "Final Appraisal" in macro #1 from the old Rinasita gear rotation since we cannot pre-maturely complete the item anyway.
I then substituted the last "Basic Syn" with a "Careful Syn" to cater the harsher progress completion.
Craftsmanship Requirement for the above macros:
3757: NOT enough to finish with a Careful Syn
3761: Enough to finish with a Careful Syn
3846: NOT enough to finish with a Basic Syn
3861: Enough to finish with a Basic Syn (saves 7 CP) [can be acquired after a few pieces of the new i620 Indagator's gear set]
If you have fewer than 3757 craftsmanship after food, you need to adjust the above rotation, so that you can complete the item. Perhaps saving up another 18 CP somewhere to use Veneration before the last Careful Syn, or perhaps Observe + Focused Syn.
If you have over 3861 crafts, then simply replace the last Careful Syn with Basic Syn again (which means reverts back to the original rotation for Rinascita gear).
I strongly recommend using Trial Syn first to see if you can complete the item before doing the real thing. Also, pay attention to Specialist vs Non-specialist issue... your Non-specialists will have significantly fewer craftsmanship. So be careful.
Depending on whether you're crafting LEFT gear or RIGHT gear (accessories), the number of HQ mats needed can vary. LEFT gear actually requires MORE HQ mats (like 2 to 3 pieces). RIGHT gear requires fewer, like 1 to 2 pieces. This of course also depends on your control stats.
Generally-speaking, we DO NOT need Craftsman's Alkahest or Zoisite to be HQ, because we can always rely on HQ crafted mats from the previous patch (e.g. Ilmenite Ingot and Bayberry Cloth). Thus, I am not including the macros for the new 35 durab items here. However, you can still use the old ones from previous patch below if you need them... just check with Trial Syn to make sure you can complete the items first, and tweak as you see fit:

Btw, in case anyone's wondering, the "Tricks of the Trade" is there to prevent a "Poor" condition on the Byregot. This guarantees HQ.
