Lights highlighted by quest still showing up on mini map

Some time ago I completed the side quest 'Proceed with Caution'. The quest required my interaction with 3 lights in Central Shroud. The lights showed up green on the mini map and I did the interaction and completed the quest. Ever since then the 3 lights have been showing up green on the mini map and I can still interact with them although there is nothing to do.
