Which is the best CPU for the game?

Im wondering which one is currently the best to be able to get a bit higher fps in areas with many players.

since i am a bit cpu bound sometimes on my rtx4090 card.

thinking any of these:
13900k, 7950x, 7900x

i know the newer x3d cpus will come soon so i will wait for those.

its so hard finding benchmarks since ppl are only using the built in benchmark but that one doesn't really help to benchmark the cpu bound when there is a lot of ppl in the same area like in limsa.

It doesn't matter. This game isn't a big CPU user. I have the 7900X and a 3080 and sit at 144fps (locked not to go over) and my CPU usage is around 10%. GPU is much higher usage and matters more.

You won't get a big improvement with the 7950X for gaming for the price difference. It would help more with just video rendering or encoding.

getting like 50fps in limsa in 5120x1440p need a cpu that handles many players on screen better

FF14 doesn't benefit much from high core count CPUs.
It does benefit from CPUs with very fast core speeds.
As such, the Intel 13900k will provide better performance over the Ryzen 7950x and 7900x, just because it's P-Cores can go faster.
