Eh, it kinda seems like they just shifted away from the Physical > Magical cycle a bit. It reads like you're intended to use your main combo to cast a buffed Holy Spirit and instead use Requiescat charges to cast the full Confiteor/Blade combo.

Mch finally got the thing... but still has issues.. Hey SE! Fix Mch aoe, flamethrower still useless af and queen/turret needs aoe damage...
I think the only thing that really confuses me is adding a new ability for tanks to disable our tank stance. We could just use it, and then tap it to turn it off before. Simple and effective. Maybe there's something I'm missing here, but that seems...off, and very unnecessary.
As long as the Tank Stance button also continues to toggle it, I'm going to keep this new button unbound I think.

Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]

Hey we've all done it, just confirms how the change was probably needed! I'm just happy that doing Technical Step feels less like a prison now and you have some engagement by being able to hit Waltz or Samba during it.
I would assume it's just a cosmetic change and the button auto-swaps depending on if you have stance on or not.
