You know nobody will shout if everyone have the same mind as you and just wait for shouts? and they will all whine about the same thing that nobody is doing stuff? step up if you want to do stuff.

Reason why established LS get stuff accomplished is because they have people that willing to step up and lead the run, LS falls apart when people doesn't step up and wait for people to hold their hand.
