Dear Shalinon,
I tried to reset it too as I had the same error but I still get the same error code "A fatal DirectX error has occurred.(10000000)"[I believe this is the right number of zeroes] and I get an ok button at the bottom of the pop up window that when clicked will shoot me out of the program.
(edit) I realize you also are not having it working right now either

i think having us work together on this issue could change something.

help with this issue would be appreciated square enix
