So, I was looking to transfer from Faerie to Sargatanas(sp) to play with some friends, and I read on the transfer fine print that my houses, small and medium, would be auto demo'd and I'd be recompensated for my losses...However when I tried to do so, it gave me an error about owning land and would not allow the transfer to continue *amidst a couple other small things that are no big deal i.e. stuff being sold by my retainers and free company*. One FC house Medium, and small house personal..so, I looked online and found apparently relinguishing gives 80% of gil back, so I went to work..took me some hours and I managed to get it taken care of...however...I came to find out, after I tried to talk to the resident caretaker that I couldn't get anything from them. I looked online, turns out relinguishing gives nothing.

So, I made a ticket to the support chat, and received this:

I offered to show evidence of my ownership for some hope in getting reimbursed that way, however I only got the "Sorry bro" and no effort from support whatsoever in trying to help me or legitimately trying to reach out to me to speak to me through a chat, or simply through email itself. I could have and will show my evidence below... when their own website tells me I could transfer with reimbursed money from going from a congested server to a non congested...which is offered for free...however, I also came to find out this morning when I wanted to just transfer and deal with the situation later...that I still have to pay 18 dollars after all of this!
Needlessly to say, I am beyond frustrated...Support made NO EFFORT in trying to help me whatsoever..I remember there being a livechat not a month ago, but I can't seem to find it now. If I had known this outcome, I would not have removed my houses and waited for faerie to lose its congested status. I will show proof below as well.

And yet there is no option to speak to them directly through a direct chat..which is strange because I do remember there being one within the past month or so. You offer something like this, and then when someone has problems with it, they get the "i'm sorry for your loss" treatment and then a bunch of corpo "We appreciate your feedback!" routine after being screwed over? I thought you guys were better than this. You even offer it for free, and yet a congested server still has to pay?

*side note* this isn't even going into how I and a friend tried to marry cross world, only to see there not being a warning against cross server marriages, and when she tried to get a refund, she was told no. *sorry bro*.
Even if it's "well known", not having it mentioned when people try to purchase it, at least in my mind, is a huge nono...and refusing to refund that individual when they were not aware of such things, when there is no warning against it is even more wrong.

I am sorry for "ranting", but this is infuriating. Now I have lost both of my homes, all that money spent *gone*, and now my retainers and myself are absolutely cluttered with furniture, and no way to reobtain my lost homes, because of the absolute abysmal handling of the housing system, and I have to pay for something that should be free of charge per your own text. Please help me. I don't know why that must be so difficult.
