    I'm sorry to see that you have been experiencing some graphical issues while playing on a Mac device. If possible, could you please provide us with details on the device that you are currently using (Model, MacOS version, RAM/Memory, Graphics, etc.)? You can find this information by selecting the Apple icon in the top left corner of your device and choosing the "About this Mac" option. Additionally, are there any other games or applications running at the same time as when you are playing FINAL FANTASY XIV? Have you attempted any troubleshooting thus far?
