Game Crashes in Brayflox's Longstop

My game continues to crash when I attempt to complete the quest "The Things We Do for Cheese". The quest requires that I complete Brayflox's Longstop dungeon. I've tried to queue with friends, with randoms, with NPCs, and I always crash when I'm taking the steps to the final boss. As soon as my feet hit the stairs, my game shuts down. There are no error messages or anything. I just want to play the game. I can do everything else just fine. I've done other dungeons and quests with no problem at all, but this particular dungeon at this particular spot is stumping me. Can someone please help me?

I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing these crashes in this specific area/instance! When the crash occurs, are you brought back to the FINAL FANTASY XIV home screen, or does it immediately crash to desktop? Are there any other programs running while you are playing? Additionally, could you provide us with a system report? To find this, please go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display'.
