Upgrading Sleep spell - "Drowsy" Debuff

I'd like a little rework of Sleep spell. Normal Spell function is sleep for 30 sec if not resisted and any hit will wake up.

I'd like Sleep to work the same, but with a Debuff for mob or player woken up to have "Drowsy" effect for 15sec. May be similar to slow, gravity, or lowered accuracy. SquareEnix can pick.

Honestly - when I saw "upgrade sleep", I sort of rolled my eyes since Sleep is probably a spell rarely used outside of specific content - like maybe Deep Dungeons?

But turning it into what is effectively a debuff is a great idea. We all know sleep would be broken immediately about 99% of the time. Why not give it a purpose? I think about how Arm's Length used to just be knockback prevention. Then they added the 20% slow which seems to always proc on a group of mobs. It is a free mini-cooldown for tanks. Why not add one for mages?

Slow, but for magic, would be an interesting idea, since it'd only work on trash mobs it wouldn't be horrendously OP. Making casts take longer to finish, staggering out magic-autoattacks from sprites and such, or even giving more time for an interruptible action to be interrupted
