Dodos should go the way of the...dodo. Not that I dislike them or anything, but it'd be quite amusing.

have a museum in one of the towns with Brass/Copper Statues of the extinct mobs, and throw something funny and bemusing on the base plate that characters can interact with.

actually this would be awesome. BUT even better, they should have an island where dodos STILL exist haha. and maybe have a baffled explorer character trying to convince his colleagues that dodos are still around. would make for a funny series of sidequests lol

Why are people so against Dodos? I quite like them thank you very much. You should get rid of the raptors since EXP party people can't grasp the idea of NOT attacking them from behind or the front.

I'd like it yeah. Maybe make it so a few years down the line they add a really rare NM of that species (Similar to the Almighty Apkallu in XI) and make it have some vanity item similar to the Coeurl's eye.
