Suggestion: Capped Tomestone Conversion Rewards

Lots of MB reasons Crafting Desynths.., lots of options.

I didn't ask what people are spending astronomy on. My question is, if they already want astronomy, they will already be doing content that gives them astronomy. So what "further encouragement" would be provided by getting more of it from the same number of duties?

As I see it, there are currently two scenarios:

1. People care about earning astronomy and are already running content to earn it, even if they are capped on causality tomes. Because they are already doing it, they do not need additional encouragement.

2. People do not care about earning astronomy, only causality, and offering more of the unwanted currency will not motivate them.
