A bit old but trash mob tanking is useless at this point in time in the game. In every CC/AV run most people just burn down the groups as fast as possible with sleep/aoe combo's. Having a job devoted to that is having a job that won't be played.

I like where the tanks are right now. If you're open minded and willing to switch you will find situations where PLD is superior to WAR and vice-versa. On chimera for instance I use PLD which Out parses a warrior tank. The only buffs I would add in at this point is to bump PLD's initial hate generation capabilities with a skill like antagonize, while buffing rampage back to its old timer but still keeping the parry + effect and speed effect.
