They did nerf the emnity gained from Collusion, and changed the rate at which the Rampage attack speed/parry (previously attack speed/power, but it's a lateral move and not a nerf I would say) decayed. They also reduced the amount of damage granted to Steel Cyclone from Rampage. These are nerfs.
