Request regarding skirt items and 'upskirting'

Most of my glamours use skirts, and there are many very cute skirts in the game - but sadly most of them, while being cute for standing around, end up flashing your character's underwear when you're fighting on almost any job - especially jobs that do lots of flips and spins such as dancer and red mage, but the majority of jobs have this problem. Even for crafters, when your character crouches to craft - better not be wearing a skirt. You can even get flashed during cutscenes which can hugely ruin the mood. Even the length of the skirt often doesn't fully alleviate the issue when your character is going upside down or, god forbid, is fighting Byakko.

In trying to avoid this I've found there are about two skirts or so that can work - I *love* the shorts underneath the collegiate skirt and uraeus skirt and I would really love for these to be added for other skirts. At the moment if my character wears a skirt, it is always going to be the collegiate skirt so I don't feel bad for her whenever she moves.

I particularly love the Far Eastern koshita item but find I can't stand to use it in a glamour as it is. Could it ever be possible to change the skirts in the game to include undergarments, like the collegiate skirt, to be more appropriate for the amount of movement that the characters do?

I agree – I would love it if more skirts could have tights or shorts built into them. It's frustrating to not have any way to add them, and often the skirts look like they should have something underneath.

I would love for them to revise the purpose of the belt slot and give us independent control of skirts and underlying legwear. Perhaps even if it was just a minimal slot with a few types of purely-for-glamour leg options?

The Pokémon games, for example, have separate slots for legwear (pants/skirts) and socks (including tights and leggings). It might not be able to work exactly the same here, given that we have things like not having continuous socks across leg/foot pieces, but I would like them to see if they can wrangle it at least for skirts that sit entirely separate over the legs.

Id love if they would let us choose our underwear, a medium, a skimpy and a long version plus at least a actual white (not that muddy eww color >_>) and some black, id ask for more colors but at least a bright and a dark one would already be amazing...

This is something I don't get about people. They have no problem with wearing bikini bottoms in public but oh the horror of having your underwear flash for a second even though it generally covers more skin than the bikini bottoms.

It doesn't matter what's under the skirt. A pervert isn't going to care that you're wearing shorts or leggings or whatever. They're going to get off on "gee I was able to see under the skirt" as opposed to exactly what is seen.

The vast majority aren't going to care what's under the skirt because they're focused on combat, not on you and your skirt.

By feeling like you must wear something more under your skirt, you're taking responsibility for the other person's perversion. Don't. Women are not the ones responsible for another individual's inability to control themselves. We should not have to reorder our lives because of their personal problem.

If you like a skirt, just wear the skirt and don't obsess over whether some pervert might be around (the chances are small). Or if having your underwear flashed for a second annoys you that much, don't wear a skirt and wear bikini bottoms instead.

If you still wish to compile a list of legs that have some sort of shorts or leggings under a skirt, you can add the Imperial Longkilts of Maiming and Healing from Tower of Babel to your list.

It isn't about people being creeps, I also generally don't watch other characters that closely while fighting. But I do watch my own character a lot and it bothers me personally when the underwear jolts you out of the immersion or doesn't match. Bikini bottoms are a strawman argument since they're a complete different type of clothing.

I'm going to continue using what glams I can but it would just be nice to have more options, since at the moment it's really limited with skirts that are nice and relatively simple.

I agree with the OP that the skirts with a short underneath them are much more comfortable for me to have on my character.

Would be nice if we could have something like others have mentioned, where we had like "small clothes" separate from gear or something.
