RMT bot reporting needs to borrow from WoW.

Yeah but that would require Square Enix to actually implement any kind of proper moderation tools. I'm surprised we even have a right click quick report option for RMT given how much they hate it and want players to keep manually writing tickets for everything.

I know there's a third party tool available via Dalamud that automatically filters out various forms of in-game advertising, including non-RMT things like FC advertisements and those totally original nightclubs that everyone seems to open, but it's ironic that I need to break the terms of service to never see the messages of people advertising a terms of service violation.

After reporting them at least ten times, I just switch my chat to battle mode when I'm in a city area. It blocks the spam nicely. It does block player interaction too, but that's a small price to pay.
