Respect the pull timer.

When everyone says they are ready by responding to the Ready Check, and then you are given a silly countdown timer, it's time to fight. Not wait on that silliness. If people responded with them being ready, then they are ready to fight. Not wait further on a timer, then fight.

There is this concept called a "starting signal", which is different than a ready check. I wonder if you ever heard of it, it's pretty common in real life too.

We live in a world where we can survive a lot of things without healers.

Doesn't matter if you can survive 10 things without healers, as long as there is one thing you need them for ... they win
