    When everyone says they are ready by responding to the Ready Check, and then you are given a silly countdown timer, it's time to fight. Not wait on that silliness. If people responded with them being ready, then they are ready to fight. Not wait further on a timer, then fight.

    You sound like you've never done EX and above or are very problematic in those situations.
