I've been running into this issue where running FFXIV's DirectX 11 client causes my webcam to glitch out every 10 seconds or so. This seems to be very particular to FFXIV, namely the DirectX 11 version. Running the game in DirectX 9 mode doesn't cause this, but the game seems to be significantly less stable overall in that mode, so I'd prefer running DX11 instead if this can be fixed. No other games running in DirectX 11 seem to be causing this.

What I've tried so far:
- Different USB ports for the cam (Logitech StreamCam)
- USB port power management settings
- Anti-flickering settings
- Updating graphics and audio drivers on my system
- Disconnecting other devices
- All in-game graphics and audio settings and different DX modes
- Disabling overclocking settings and even underclocking

System specs:
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
GPU: GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
MoBo: Gigabyte B550 Vision D
Cam: Logitech StreamCam
RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 running at 3200Mhz
PSU: 850W
OS: Windows 10
Thanks in advance for any help!
