Also I think Krausus posted a nice summary list of the items needed but I'd like to mention I think its quicker/more efficient to use NQ Ingots and 2 HQ nuggets for the Flawless Weapon head synths. This gives the weapon head the same chance to HQ as the Ingot does; but requires half the HQ mats.
