Error 401 buying mog station stuff.

It is impossable for me to buy anything on the mog station as I always get this error. Found out it might have something to do with my card and called my bank. The bank did not even have a request sent for the money, which is in there, and my card is not locked for any reason. Found out several people in my fc could not get things eaither, same error. Their cards to are just fine and the store is not even sending the requests for payment. Just giving this 401 error. Talked to other people and apparently a lot of people can't buy stuff over the past couple of days. Are there other people having this problem?

Same issue here. I've been trying to buy something since last night, and still unable to do so!
-Cleared cache | No change
-Tried a known good browser | No change
-Tested a purchase with the same card on a different site | Worked

Based on what you said there seems to be something not working with the mog station site.

I am also having this issue, and it has been going on since yesterday on both the FFXIV Store and Mog Station.

Their help site suggested clearing cache, using a different browser, and I even used my phone on the cellular network to try and make a purchase. I was being met with 401 errors.

My friends are having this issue as well.

UPDATE: (21:11 UTC -6) For those who have this option available, using Amazon Pay works. What it does is it goes through your Amazon account's payment options and pays that way.

Well, I guess we know it isn't us.

I can't use amazon pay, I don't have an amazon account. I was told paypal will work, but I don't have that eaither.
