It’s not about it making the content too easy and more about job balance. Think about it, you queue as a level 90 BLM into roulette and get something below level 50, imagine the massive difference in power between you as a level 90 BLM with access to enochain, fire IV, despair, xenoglossy etc. and an actual level 50 BLM who is still spamming fire 1 for firestarter procs.

There is already a discrepancy between a fresh 50 and a level synced 90 due to the way ilvl sync works, adding in access to skills that they don’t have access to will only make the gap wider and more noticeable.

Well since you’d be doing like 10 times the damage, enmity for starters. If you can’t see the problem with jobs like SAM and BLM bringing 1200+ potency attacks into content where the fresh tank only has 1 combo that does about 120 potency then I can’t help you.
