I get the gist of what you are saying although it was an effort to decipher. The work required to make this happen isn't worth the effort. I highly doubt the devs will waste the time necessary to placate the vocal few that want it.

At a minimum they could put the lvl 30 ability on the Job Stone, it would give at least one decent skill in low level content and would incentivize people getting the advanced jobs.
