but you can play the same guy on ps4 and pc can't you? Can I do anything about psn?

You can also play on ps5 but it needs to be the same playstation account, I think this is a playstation issue not square.

You can contact square and ask them to unlink your older ps4 account and link it with the new ps4 account but you may have to buy the game again.
