PS4 issue

Ok.
I tried accessing my ps4 email but do not remember the pass and support was no help.
If I got a new ps4, under an email I use regularly, or even my se id email, would I run into any issue on a new system? As stated my account is not linked to ps4, only my login is linked, and rebuying 14 is not an issue, but losing two years of hard work is the issue.
I see conflicting reports online like "no you're screwed" or "you will need to change your login password if you don't have 2fa" but nothing seems clear.

I had to let my 2016 psn account go when I moved from Switzerland to France in 2018 (didn’t want to pay my games on CHF) and I was screwed.
Maybe it has changed but technically your SE account is linked to your psn account and it’s not possible to create a new psn account with an already used email address, unfortunately.

it shows no link on se games tho.
If I contact sony can they unlink it? Or is my best option to buy a pc?

mind if I buy a pc it'll be something reasonable from walmart if possible (probably not). I sure aint gonna try building my own.

thanks so much. I've literally been sick overthinking about this, I barely ate yesterday and went to bed at 6 from nausea and headache. I know I could start a new account, but god, more than 2 years down the toilet. My friends list, my relics, my mounts, my runar minion, totally gone if I can't simply play on a new ps4. I really dont wanna pc, they're so expensive and you need to upd8 graffix cards so often and...its just horrible.

Sorry, but you don't seem to know much about PCs. A decent gaming PC from 2013 (when PS4 launched) would run the game ten times better today than a PS4. PC is the superior platform by far. If you buy used parts from a few years ago, you can put together a beastly machine for a few hundred $. If you have any mates that know PCs, I would suggest asking them.

Buying another PS4 is a waste of money. At least buy/save up for a PS5 if you're gonna go the console route.

Jokes aside, if I go buy a passable pc, and it downloads 14, and theres no issues RUNNING 14, would I run into any issues with this account? Like, besides maybe having to change password or respond to an email.

okay 2 things
1) if I just buy the licenses for pc from mogstation on my current acc there should be no issue right?
2) beyond the specified Endwalker pc specs, would I need anything else? Note: I do not use broadband and have no idea how to check packet whatevers.
My ps4 has very rarely run into any issues delivering or recieving packets, and Ive only been forcibly dc'd like 3 times? Shockingly none during EW launch week.

One more very dumb question from someone who doesnt game on pc. How do you download new patches bc it cant be automatic like on console can it? I googled and saw nothing but people having issues from back in hw era
