PS4 issue

My ps4 keeps beeping despite getting cleaned inside. If I were to buy a new ps4 and used a new psn (I cannot for the life of me remember my old email or pass or anything on current) and of course rebought 14 from the store, could I continue to play on my account? Note that my account is obviously under an email I DO remember, and I've checked the account sight several times and it doesnt say my account is linked to my console, but I do have ps4/5 licenses.
Obviously I could start a new character but for other reasons (name, all my store glams, extreme/savage victories, completing bozja when it was current) I really, really do not want to do that.

but you can play the same guy on ps4 and pc can't you? Can I do anything about psn?

You can also play on ps5 but it needs to be the same playstation account, I think this is a playstation issue not square.

You can contact square and ask them to unlink your older ps4 account and link it with the new ps4 account but you may have to buy the game again.

I figured I'd have to rebuy the game bc new library.

Also I apologize if this is really stupid. I never played mmos before 14, and I didnt think Id care so much about 14 so I barely paid attention to anything when I first set everything up but now I'm in big time and I don't wanna lose everything.

u can do it from support go to the mog station and type want to relink my psn it take u to a page to unlink it.

Yeah I just checked. Ps4 is under "Link New Account" my only linked account with the 11/14 banner is my login info it doesnt show psn id or nothing so...am I good?? Why is this so obtuse?

it can be alot you should be good if the account is not link to the se account anymore.

I mean obvi my ps4 id shows up on my character screen but yeah it doesnt say 14 is linked to ps4 so I really dunno. All I can really do I guess is pray all goes well if I buy a new console.
