New Ward Classifications are out!

So then you should know there are no empty FC houses on most DCs that are still open that 'private buyers have been begging to get a shot at'. The only NA world that isn't on Dynamis that has any number of notable FC plots open is Behemoth on Primal. And they are all small Emp. Most of which are STILL not going to be open to personals with the split they have done.

Wards 1 to 6 are the only FC only exclusive wards all others give access to private buyers. Empty was given to FC's mostly at the start with an 18 FC and 6 Private split. Many of those wards sat open for quite some time with tons of complaints that private buyers weren't getting access.

The new wards are going to give a shot to everyone with the exception of ward 25 which will be FC only and won't be exclusive to Empty but all housing districts.
