Then don't play it? Its really that simple.
The mount that you'll just immediately throw onto your random mount button and see it once in a blue moon? The same mount that's basically just a color swap of other dragon mounts with minor design differences? You'll live lol.

It takes 108,000 series XP to reach level 25. CC rewards an average of 800 XP (700 for a loss, 900 for a win), so you'd need to play 135 games. Let's assume each game lasts the standard 5 minutes, and you're doing them all in casual queue. Whiny pissants like you are probably throwing the game, too, in direct violation of TOS so it's probably even less time than that. Comes out to 11 hours and some change.
You have *four fucking months* to get those ~135 games in. In fact, it's probably less than that, because you're probably going to work some daily FL in on some days, which come with their own daily roulette bonus.
You are a very good example of the ridiculous, *childish* level of entitlement some players in this game have.
You don't have to own everything. Not everything is made for you. In many cases, you will need to put actual effort into things if you want them. And that's okay. Not everything can or *should* be handed to you as a participation prize. Even though that's what the series rewards are - participation prizes. You just have to play more than one week's worth of games to get all of them.
5 minutes is just the in game timer when the match actually starts. there's 30 sec where you just sit in the spawn area. from my personal experience a majority of the matches I play end up in overtime. Then add the time in queue when the matchmaking appears to just sit there for a few minutes showing no queue number or wait time and people frequently just sitting there after queuing not hitting the join button letting it time out causing it to requeue and it ends up feeling like each 5 minute match is actually taking 7-10 minutes of time. All the while match making appears to only match me with teammates that understand what team means so infrequently that I only win about 20% of the matches at most... It's really bad on some matches when as a gnb I have the highest damage dealt, damage taken, and healing done on my team when said team had healers and dps...It takes 108,000 series XP to reach level 25. The needed amount of exp and the exp you get per match is fine.
But I really dislike the increase.
I don't like to see my progress being slowed down the further I get.
I would like to have every rank needing the same amount as every before and after.
Once done with all, to get these extra currency they can increase to what it is now.
You dont have to. Thats a you problem that you waited 4 months till the last day
Again, you dont have to
You dont need that reward. Its a reward for ppl that enjoy doing PvP. Again, its a reward for ppl who enjoy doing PvP. Nobody cares if ppl who dont enjoy PvP want that reward too. Or are we gonna cry about ultimates too?
As others told you. If you dont enjoy grinding PvP at the last second. Do sometimes match a day if you have nothing better to do. You will get all rewards sooner that full tome gear.
None of these tiresome arguments excuses the unnecessary implementation of FOMO.You dont have to. Thats a you problem that you waited 4 months till the last day

hello jamie, i have exciting news for you. a new series has started today. if you play a game or 2, daily, you will be done long before the end of the series, and may avoid any FOMO you feel. it is terrific! see you there

I use to be in your shoes. Pressured to do things for pixels. I played wow since 2005 and chased cutting edges and other FOMO stuff. Even tried getting gladiator mounts here and there. I have a plethora of mounts in my old account and pets and cosmetics, I have CM mode stuff from MOP and WOD. I have Season 1 and 2 Shadowland Mythic+ mount too and all but the last AOTC mount. But the longer i played the more i realized the only reason i was doing it is because 'no one will be able to get it' and it cut into my time and life.
The FOMO in other MMOs and games can get downright unfun and job like. With FF14 despite your displeasure doing PVP and waiting till last minute to get rewards, has math in place and a good understanding how long it can take. If you do the bare minimum of your daily frontline and let's say 3rd place (1k Series EXP) each day, it will take 8 days to get the emote (5), 15 days to get the first framer kit (10), about 20 days or so to get the mount (15), roughly 26 days for the last Framer (20) and then 32 or so days to get the last reward (25) in total going about 2 months of passive grinding. They give you enough time in the world and made it so anyone who does just daily frontline even if they sit on their ass in spawn 24/7 can obtain the 25 rewards. It's a matter of putting time and energy into making it a daily habit until you get the reward.
What i'm getting from your side is you do not want to PVP at all for the rewards you want which is fine. But anyone can get the emote within 14 or so Crystal Confine Matches if they lose all 14 in a row which is not that long of a grind at all.
Like a famous guy said.
"JUST DO IT! DON'T LET YOUR DREAMS BE DREAMS!"
and hey if you don't want to do it because you don't like pvp but you want the reward, just tell yourself it does not matter. It's pixels and i can always get something better or easier without going through PVP like the 4 million MGP blimp.
