Oof. Yeah, I'd maybe wait until Monday to see if it auto-clears from the bank and if it hasn't, hit up customer service. You don't want to do a chargeback, but I don't see why they couldn't cancel the transaction on their end to clear the charge. It sounds like it's an issue with others though, so it's not just you, it's the store itself.

Just for added info, do you have any extensions active that would block scripts from running, like Adblock, uBlock, etc? Sometimes that can mess with the processes on the store.
