    Mogstation Store Error.

    So I tried purchasing the Omega F outfit on mogstation after filling up the requirements and proceeding to finalize my payments it suddenly logs me out I doubled check the item and it's still on my cart, then I checked my card and it shows peding???, I'm kinda scared to retry and buy it again then get charge twice for the one outfit can anyone please verify what is going on with the mogstation store and my situation? I also did not receive a confirmation email of the purchase, which i usually do in the past when i buy tons of fantasias.....

    Was the entire price pending, or was it a $1 charge pending?

    Either way I would wait to see if the charge goes through or if it drops off. If it goes through and you don't receive your item, contact customer support. If it drops off, try again.

    It actually charged me 12.99 pending but still did not receive the Omega f outfit nor did I receive an email confirmation of the purchase from mogstation sadly
    Hopefully fixes soon, just scared of trying to buy the outfit again till it totally clears on my bank.

    Oof. Yeah, I'd maybe wait until Monday to see if it auto-clears from the bank and if it hasn't, hit up customer service. You don't want to do a chargeback, but I don't see why they couldn't cancel the transaction on their end to clear the charge. It sounds like it's an issue with others though, so it's not just you, it's the store itself.

    Just for added info, do you have any extensions active that would block scripts from running, like Adblock, uBlock, etc? Sometimes that can mess with the processes on the store.

    I've occasionally had trouble with payments going to "pending", I think when the store has been busy during a sale – so perhaps there is a Christmas rush at the moment. My experience is that it sits on pending for a week until it times out, and the purchase ultimately doesn't get completed, but there isn't any kind of penalty on your account for failing to pay.
