Fishing Quests involving collectable fish

Could we, just perhaps, have the drop rates of fish for the purposes of specific collectables quests drastically increased? I'm trying to grab Garjana Wrasse and I get 1 for every 20 other fish I catch, it's a little freaking rediculous.

Are you using the right bait? I dont remember this quest being especially rough, and a fish lookup says that with the right bait the Wrasse should be caught maybe a touch over 1 in 3 casts.

yep, wasn't the common place bait, but the actual one suggested by both the wiki and the quest

The Garjana Wrasse is right by the aetheryte at The Great Work. It should be a fishing spot called The Great Runoff. Most people just use the Shrimp Ball so some of the other fishes don't bite, but the Versatile Lure should work too. It's a big fish, with a big bite (!!), so use Patience II and Powerful Hookset. Don't need Snagging, and I think you can fish it at any time and weather.
