Error Code 10105, Need Clarification

Hi. So I've already contacted support about receiving the error code 10105 when attempting to login in after an unexpected disconnect from my internet dropping mid-duty. I was told not much I can do except wait for the server to recognize me as not logged in or until there is server maintenance. Also, reporting this as a bug led to a dead end. Post was moved to Insufficient Information with no guidance on what information was missing but I figured it was a long shot.

Anyways, my question is this: Is there any idea on how long it'll take for the server to acknowledge my character as not logged in? It's been two days at this point. Or will I just have to wait for the next patch to drop which is unknown at this point? I've tried to do some research on this particular code but never get further than other people saying they've experienced it.

Also, I play on PS5 so all the "fixes" I keep coming across are for PC and don't apply to me. Thank you.

I'm very sorry to hear that you're still experiencing a 10105 issue. The issue as mentioned is caused when a character is unexpectedly disconnected from the game and the system is still not fully recognizing that the character is logged out completely. Unfortunately, as to how long it'll take it is not something I am able to confirm. If you have not tried, I may suggest checking if the following port ranges are opened on your router. If you require assistance with opening these rangers, you can contact your ISP and provide them with these numbers for assistance:

55006 through 55007,
55021 through 55040
