I've been playing this game since 2013 without a single issue. Today, some troll who decided it would be fun to mismark, give bad info, and generally mess with the sprouts griefed an entire raid through 3 wipes. Purposefully making sure everything hit the group, etc. The couple of us who jumped on him got reported, because, of course, that's the thing. The perpetrator as victim. All the rage, you know. So now I have some ridiculous warning (notice we jumped right to warning) that will begin to erode after 2 years?! For using a word blocked by the profanity filter WHICH IS IN YOUR OWN NPC DIALOGUE! This is ridiculous, I pay you to give me grief for protecting a bunch of new players and kids in a raid? You may have just saved me more money and time sink. Please, take this time and money sink away from me.

Here's my suggestion, have a little reality into who your problem players are, pull the people off of reviewing that have no common sense and very little ability to distinguish between problems that annoy people to the point where they quit playing and stop harassing people who have been here paying for your service for damn near a decade without any issues at all. Deal with real problems and stop chasing away paying customers who don't give you real problems. Yes, I'm pissed. Yes, it's justified. It's okay, should I get over it and give it another go, you'll get report after report after report because, apparently, the only way to get you guys to have any idea what is going on in a situation is to be bugged incessantly by people hitting the report button every time they get vaguely annoyed because if the other person just ignores it and gets on with their life, they must be at fault. It's another form of griefing because, apparently, you don't look at anything around a single comment that was made and then make arbitrary rules that words used routinely by NPCs are somehow different when used in game....
