Dancing scene somewhere in the story?

Just awhile ago I thought of something interesting that could be implemented in the game. Remember the dancing scene in FFVIII where everyone is all fancied up in nice clothing with that waltz music in the background? I thought of it might be a nice touche if something like that was in the story but with a few minor changes and a twist.

What if you had to do this mission or something with your partner that was chosen and had to infiltrate this party to get information on the enemy. Like if Cid hosted a party for the Imperials and you had to find whatever that could be counted as useful during that time, of course, while your all in a disguise like in a suit or a dress that you have to keep equipped that would most likely have next to nothing stats for any level 1 characters and each suit or dress are different for each races with a color (like pick 1 out of the 3) before you enter the Ballroom. During the time you are looking around with your partner and find what you are looking for and your outside (you change back into your regular equipment) you get into this mini-boss battle with some of the imperial soldiers waiting for you along with the general or commander of that squad.

I feel like I could put more into this idea and I'm only so far into the story right now as a Level. 33 PUG so I don't know if the whole Cid with a party idea would work out sense, like I said, I have no clue if Cid severs the ties with them later or something but it could work around with this same idea for something else I guess.

Any ideas about this or any ideas of your own to make this idea better?
