I was in Ul'dah and started noticing players appear then disappear in three different zone entrance/exit. The players all have random letters for names and listed as Wanderers. I stayed and watched one at the zone entrance to Eastern Thanalan and the player continously appears then disappeared after a few seconds or clipped through the ground and then disappeared. I haven't been playing very long and couldn't find a way to report the suspicious activity. I'm assuming it's hackers based on the behavior. Is there a way to report? Or will reporting it even do anything? Thanks

Yes. It's Everywhere. They mass ban. It's a band aid solution to a bigger problem. It won't be solved. In every MMO ever this will be a problem.

Yes, they are hackers/bots. You usually find them in all MMORPGs somewhere, especially if they are popular. They farm things such as game money and sell it for real money.

You can report them if you go to the System menu and then Support Desk, but there are too many of them and you probably won't remember their names before they disappear.

Even with a bunch I try to keep one targeted so I can right click -> Examine and it gives me a way to at least catch one or two. Sometimes when I catch them doing MSQ or whatever and they're all in cutscene, I'll open a report and just list off all of their Egjfdsdhs Jgfdhfdjkfgd names in one report, as many as I can, before they drop beneath the map. They're likely from the same bot farm, so even one or two names is helpful to watch the whole farm.
