Moogle box already has it listed Spear So I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get my hands on it. Thanks in advance.

No ability to rank up to Lieutenant yet, and i've gone through every option in my GC. But i have only done 2/3 gc quests

Not that I had any expectation we would be able to, but I thought I'd chime in that I've completed all new GC quests and am unable to rank up.

Just like the militia gear when it was first released, we can't get it yet.
