WTF bought friend the digital DL...NO CD KEY OR DOWNLOAD OFFERED! Who has done this?

They should team up with steam for 2.0, it would make thinks much easier for everyone.

Knowing SE they would announce: "Hey guys we heard you love digital distribution so we've decided to sign up with EA and Origin for 2.0! How happy are you? "

i downloaded this through se store and had no problems though it did take a few hours for the confirmation to come before i could download the game.plus it said to download it through steam which doesnt have this game

Was he logged into your account when he purchased? If there's an e-mail associated with your account and/or junk e-mail to be checked.

For the billing section, the e-mail address has an asterisk (though I personally have not purchased through the store), so I thought perhaps there may have been something typed in there.
