    Sub payment email not responded (?)

    Around a week ago, my sub has expired because of a payment error; however, I received a letter that Square Enix didn't receive payment. So, I sent them ANOTHER letter, with 4 transactions screenshots, AND called my bank and said my transactions has gone through, but apparently something is wrong with Square Enix's side.

    I have waited for a ticket number and still haven't received it. I understand patch 6.3 has some issues to resolve, but I am losing hope here & want to enjoy content with my friend's man, all I want is a response SE is looking into it or in progress to being resolved. Apparently, I won't get that chance unless I know it's in the progress. Please, this shouldn't take this long to renew my subscription.

    I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this payment error and I do understand the frustration this matter can cause. Unfortunately, the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums. This concern can only be handled directly through the Support Center. As the account in question is European in region, we advise to contact the European Support Center. As it appears that you've already been in contact with them, I would advise following up through the original support email. If you're having issues with the initial support ticket, you may also create a new request through http://support.eu.square-enix.com/index.php
