Payment issue...

I am unable to add a payment method to my account. At first I thought it was the free login event but that has now ended. I submitted a ticket a few days back because I was receiving error code 601. Their response was for me to add a payment method to my account 0.0 My entire household has been playing off and on. My dads been playing since 1.0. He's had a nonstop sub since ARR launched. We just want to play as a family.

Someone with common since please help get this resolved.

You could try adding Crysta with PayPal, if that fails, you last option is Gametime cards, you should be able to buy one directly from the SE store even with the rejected card.

Thanks. I know how the work arounds work. I just do not see the point. Its not the card. It's not the bank. My dad pays for my brothers and his account with it. It is just my account. Having to go elsewhere should not be necessary. Paypal has its own fees. The store has taxes on top of the game card. Paying more than the sub to pay the sub is just wrong.

I have had this exact issue myself having a secondary account within my SE account, it works with the first account, but the bank actually blocks the second accounts charge, which is why it works on SE store or Crysta, but not registering the same card as a payment method or attempting to pay directly for the sub.

I would buy the Crysta via PayPal and then try next month to add the card, since you have the 601 it will take an unknown amount of time before you can reuse it on the mogstation as a payment method.
