dirextx 11 unexpected error crash

I created a support ticket and it directed me to come here for further help. I have so far tried: driver updates, file restore twice, reinstall twice, updated windows, defaulted settings, deleted character files. It started when I went to kholusia to do the side quests to unlock the copied factory, once I try to enter the cave the screen went black like normal to load but it was stuck for a little while then crashed. since then the game has opened like normal but when I start to log into my main character it will have the "unexpected error, exiting ffxiv (date and time) ffxiv_dx11.exe67g2v2u" during the load in screen. currently able to log into other characters in the main city states.

We would be happy to assist with your concern. Please try the following troubleshooting to see if this helps with the connection issues you are experiencing.
- Try switching to DirectX 9 by selecting the ‘Config’ button on the launcher.
- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers. Please note that the DXDIAG shows these were last updated 10/24/2022. A newer update should be available for you.
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
- Please be sure that Final Fantasy XIV is installed to the C: Drive. Please make sure game and Steam are installed on same drive.
- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and steam.
- Verify installation files.
