Greetings Wurmsrus!

I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing these technical issues. Based on the information provided above, I'd like to suggest the following troubleshooting to see if this helps with the issue you are experiencing.

Please try the following:

- Reinstall game (If steam version, try uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and Steam) After uninstalling the game, please go ahead and manually delete the installation folder which is usually located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XIV ONLINE.
- Please also go ahead and move or delete the locally saved files for Final Fantasy XIV - Online which is generally located in My Documents > My Games > Final Fantast XIV Online - A Realm Reborn (This folder contains locally saved settings such as macros, UI/Hud settings, Screenshots. Should you wish to retain this information, you may simply rename the folder and move it to a different location on the System)
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated. (With this step, we would also advise that optional updates also be installed. Please note that this may require several reboots and attempt to complete.)
- Uninstall all AMD related software from the machine then re-install using the latest software from the AMD.com web site.
- Disable Full Screen Optimizations. To disable this, please find the "ffxiv_dx11.exe" and right click it and select properties. Then under the compatibility tab there will be a check box labeled "Disable Full Screen Optimizations". Check it and click apply.
- When game is running, open the task manager, click the "Details" Tab. Find the game and right click it. Select ‘Set Priority’ options to “High”

I do hope these steps help with resolving this issue. Should it not, please do not hesitate to reply back.
