TThat will just make our servers look even emptier and drive more people off. Yet another bone-headed bit of idiocy to drive people away from an entire datacentre -- We need wards that look like there is housing in it, removing houses from Materia and putting in empty plots is just dumbness to the 16th degree.

Only 8 houses have sold in Empty in my subdivision on Sophia. A subdivision that was once FC only and which is now private and should be going mixed FC/Private. The last of the large houses finally sold and two medium plots leaving 4 mediums still up for grabs. The other 3 are smalls. After each bid cycle I hope to see a new neighbor but seems that doesn't happen very often and it's been months and months.

Materia needs DC travel bad but I think that is something that doesn't appear to be in the cards with this dev team.
