The amount of houses that would go back to the market if they took action against those with multiple houses would be incredibly small in comparison to auto demolition.

Is it though? Were talking several wards taken that would be released at once (assuming they don't have brain damage), that's a lot of houses to cast your lot in VS the odd gotcha house with 50+ bidders on it

"several wards" lol I don't know if this is a thing in your server, but in mine there isn't a single one that is majoritarily owned by a single person/obvious random submarine FCs other than in Empy(which doesn't matter because there's still over a hundred FC plots left and none of these would help with the personal demand)

Meanwhile, autodemo has been off for a very long time now and looking at Steamcharts the playerbase is now about one third than what it was when EW released. Its a terrible metric but enough to guess that a very large percentage of houses will be available once its turned on again.
I don't really like autodemo but it is what it is.
